EmploymentPeriod:Up to 30 June 2025Withpossible extension.
Primary Purpose:
- Lead the delivery of communication and Engagement efforts for a two-year Incident Management Program (EM Merge) that requires organisational level change.
- Plan, coordinate and implement an internal Communications and Engagement strategy that is aligned to the organisation’s strategic objectives and positively supports staff, volunteers and the public’s perceptions of the CFS.
- Identify specific internal audiences and develop targeted approaches and message platforms that meet the need of each
- Organize a range of online and in person events to engage and facilitate discussions with the CFS
- Provide high-level advice to all CFS staff, including the Executive team, on communication related issues, communication materials and mediums suitable to meet their communication requirements.
- Manage and develop internal staff and volunteer communication materials, primarily through digital
- Establish production protocols for communication that underpin and reinforce CFS’ image and
- Contribute to a positive emergency services and public sector corporate
- Participate in the provision of an after-hours on-call Media Liaison
EssentialQualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Remuneration:ASO6$97,022 - $102,626
