Senior Compliance Officer

Are you a professional looking to fortify your organisations compliance frameworks? Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer who brings a wealth of experience to the team and can successfully enforce processes and assist with the restructure of their team.
As the Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include;

• Establish and execute a robust legal compliance initiative
• Formulate and enforce reliable internal controls, ensuring adherence
• Compose and modify corporate policies
• Conduct proactive audits of processes, practices, and documents to pinpoint vulnerabilities
• Assess compliance risk by evaluating business activities

About you;

• Excellent communication skills
• 5 years experience working in compliance
• The ability to foster strong working relationships
• A strategic mind

Our client is looking to change the structure of their team and ensure all policies and procedures are being correctly followed an enforced. We expect this change will take six months; from here the business is looking to create a permanent position for their Senior Compliance Officer as a team lead!
