As part of our Wheatbelt Region we’re looking for five (5) Crew Leaders to join our Construction and Maintenance team to support our region to excel in managing our road network.
Our Construction and Maintenance team are a valued and supported contributor’s to our organisation, inspecting and repairing our road network and making sure it’s safe for the road users. They play an important role in performing minor road Construction and Maintenance works. With opportunities based in both Northam and Narrogin we’re looking for workers who will
- Perform minor road Construction and Maintenance activities (e.g. fix pot holes, install and replace culverts, sign and guideposts, and holding lines)
- Operate minor plant and equipment (e.g. Skid steer and loader)
- Keep roadside and parking bays litter free
- Assist in setting up/pulling down traffic management

The successful applicant will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment prior to appointment.
To help us find the best candidate we may undertake an executive search.
This recruitment pool will be valid for twelve (12) months, with the possibility of being extended. Vacancies will be offered on a full time or part time permanent or fixed term basis.
