To be successful in this role:
- Ideally 3 years+ experience in an Agency environment
- Full 360° recruitment experience with strong business/client development skills
- Solid sector experience in the Banking and Finance space
- A hunger and drive to succeed
- Have a track record of billings in excess of A$400k pa
- To qualify for the visa you MUST have a degree with 2 years recruitment experience OR 5 years recruitment experience without a degree.
