The role
We seek a creative, curious, experienced and energetic Senior Consultant to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Learning Services, the Senior Consultant will work across Curio to provide services, advice and guidance to clients in a particular field or industry.
In addition to their technical expertise, Senior Consultants help build and maintain client relationships in projects, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The role involves day-to-day managing project teams and advising clients on best practices, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role would suit a self-starter with experience in a similar the role delivering exceptional client experiences, achieving goals and improving their performance through services, advice, guidance, and support.
Key responsibilities and duties
Client relationship management: Managing client relationships in projects / programs of work and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Project / program planning and execution: Developing project plans that include project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Working with clients and team members identify project requirements and create a plan that meets their needs. Executing project plan, including coordinating with team members, managing project schedules, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Business development: Involvement and support in business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities with current clients, developing proposals, and building relationships with potential clients. Project / program / service delivery: Deliver high-quality projects, programs and services to clients. At the completion of a project, conduct project evaluations, debriefing with the client, and ensure that all project deliverables are completed and delivered to the client. Quality control: Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Review deliverables, provide feedback to team members, and ensure that project outputs meet client expectations. Project team management: Manage other team members and ensure that their projects are staffed appropriately. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers. Continuous learning: Senior consultants are expected to continuously develop their skills and knowledge, staying current with emerging technologies, methodologies, and best practices in their field. Thought leadership: Contribute to thought leadership in your specialist field, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and sharing expertise with clients, colleagues, and the broader community. Stay current with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure that the firm remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in one or more areas of expertise. Ideally Masters or doctorate qualifications. At least four years’ experience in similar roles that lead to being a Senior Consultant Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to write reports, contribute to proposal preparation, facilitate workshops, etc. Stakeholder management skills and a focus on ensuring service excellence and continuous improvement and relationships.
