The role
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior consultant to work on a flexible part-time basis across organisation Design and Change Management. The main deliverable of this engagement is to develop a Target Operating Model.
To be successful, you will be a self-starter, adaptive to changing environments, and possess the ability to forge strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Key requirements and experience required for the role include:
- Experience in the Design and implementation of new operating models and organisation design initiative
- Assess Current State & Design Future State
- Analysis and Design of Target Operating Model
- Creating structures that align roles, workflows, procedures and business processes to enable the delivery of new services
- Working with various clients (government and private sectors) to develop, execute and implement Change Management strategies and plans tailored for specific initiatives
- Change Management Consulting (workshops, communication, and implementation support to change leaders in the business)
- Change Impact Assessments
- Application of formal Change Management methods and tools (e.g. ADKAR / Prosci)
- The transition of services from development to BAU (operational service leads)
- Have a minimum of 8 years of related knowledge and practical experience in Change Management consulting.
