About the Opportunity
The Attorney-General’s Department is seeking a dynamic and pro-active individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone who understands psychosocial risks in the workplace and is able to support our department in building and delivering systemic processes to prevent both physical and psychological injury. Ideally, the successful candidate will be experienced in safety management and understand the ReturnToWork claims process.
About the Business
Human Resources consists of a small team of approximately 16 staff and supports the Attorney-General's Department through employee relations, recruitment, organisational change, workforce wellbeing, training, organisational development, psychological services, and workforce data and reporting.

Special Conditions for Employment
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the AGD finds satisfactory. Successful applicants will be provided further information if an interview is requested. Forms are not to be lodged directly with SA Police (SAPOL) under any circumstances and any fees incurred by applicants in doing so will not be recoverable from the AGD.
