Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and placing candidates within the technology, finance, and ecology sectors.
Responsibilities:
Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technology, finance, and ecology fields.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and placement.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice and insights to clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technology, finance, and ecology sectors, and at least 1 year of direct work experience within one of these industries.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of roles within these industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment, with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
