We are passionate (and a bit obsessed…) about being disruptive and pushing hard to improve the experience and results for mortgage brokers. Our purpose “Built for Broker” is clear and simple and defines our entire strategy (delivering better experiences, more value and opportunity, anticipating more needs, and communicating more solutions, for brokers and their customers).

In this newly created senior role, reporting to the Marketing Director, you will personally own the content strategy and all content production.

You will be the company storyteller with a love for writing, video, and communication in all forms. You will have a journalist’s mindset, as well as an obsession with content production and content performance.

  • Personally curate, edit, and produce industry leading content that positively impacts brand, customer, and sales.

  • Edit, create, and proofread a diverse range of BAU communications including emails, presentations, brochureware etc.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and the Executive Team to identify content topics and develop the editorial calendar.
  • Develop a centre of excellence for effective and efficient, high throughput, in-house content production.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, PR, Law, Journalism or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in producing engaging content and copy for a range of channels, platforms, and audiences.
  • Financial services, mortgage broker or home loans content writing experience is highly advantageous.
  • A self-starter and a doer, who wants to be personally ‘on the tools’.
  • Love to write, possessing impeccable writing and editorial skills.
  • A great storyteller using words, images, or audio, to draw an audience – B2B and/or B2C.
  • Experience creating clear, concise, and tonally consistent BAU content and communications.
  • Experienced in managing the entire content development process from concept to delivery.
  • Well-developed ability in converting technical and/or complex topics and concepts into plain language.
  • Proficient in utilising leading-edge marketing and content development, publishing, and analytics tools.
  • Possess exceptional project management skills, highly organised and goal orientated.
  • Highly developed stakeholder and interpersonal skills.

We are dedicated to investing in our team, offering competitive remuneration benefits, and fostering a high-quality employment culture that values your ability to deliver and contribute.
