Role Overview:As a
Senior Contract Admin, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing contractual agreements within our construction and engineering projects. Your expertise will ensure the smooth execution of contracts, compliance with regulations, and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all aspects of contract administration, including drafting, negotiation, and review of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to resolve contractual issues and mitigate risks.
- Track and monitor project progress, deliverables, and milestones.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to facilitate effective communication and dispute resolution.
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project teams and senior management.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex contracts and delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
