About the role:
Protech Victoria is working with a busy and well-respected builder, an Industrial specialist. With a stable workforce and projects from $20M - $200M with a strong national footprint they are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator looking to further their career in a supportive and busy environment.
This builder sees work/life balance as a key part of their employee value proposition, This role will be largely head office based, as a senior and experienced Contract Administrator you will lead others by example, work closely with Construction Managers and Project Managers and be a key part of stakeholder relationships.
Some of your duties will include letting contracts, extras, variations, cost control throughout the project life cycle, facilitating negotiations on contract variations and project cost review and reporting.
About You:
•Be an established Senior Contract Administrator
•Have experience with industrial/warehousing type projects
•Enjoy working within a team in a busy construction project environment
•Be interested in career progression and associated learning & development
