Senior CA to work as No2 delivering a hi end residential projects ranging up to $15M office based in Liverpool for a project in the Central Coast

Binah is a thriving Australian builder with a 15-year legacy of success, specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. With a portfolio of projects in the private sector and with multiple facets of the business including our internal works projects ranging from $5M up to $15M.
Your New Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team for both new and ongoing projects across North, South, and Inner West Sydney Suburbs.
This particular role is focused on Central Coast internal projects and you will be reporting to the Project Manager and working very closely with the directors of the business. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by efficiently managing contracts, costs, and project documentation.
Your Responsibilities include:

• Administering and manage construction contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to address contract-related queries and issues
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures
• Conduct regular cost reviews and prepare accurate financial reports
• Maintain meticulous project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
• Administer and evaluate variations and claims in collaboration with project teams
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve favourable outcomes
• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of tenders

For You to Be Successful:

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator in the construction industry a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar business
• Familiarity with mid-tier commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract management principles and cost control.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
