What you’ll contribute to
The IT Infrastructure projects are responsible for uplifting the infrastructure that underpins the systems that ae consumed by the business for daily operations. This includes and not limited to transformation projects that include and Infrastructure component.
The Internal Communications Coordinatoris responsible for the coordination of all Internal Communications within the organisation, including management and implementation of policies, plans and objectives with respect to all internal communication and stakeholder management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implements and reviews agreed Internal Communications systems, processes and procedures consistent with policies in order to achieve agreed company objectives.
- Assist in the development of Internal Communications processes and procedures in order to maximise efficiency and impact of Internal Communications.
- Coordinates the development and implementation of consistent communication plans across the business, aligned to the organisations strategic objectives. Coordinates company-wide feedback activity with recommendations and countermeasures, in order to facilitate company dialogue and inform decision making.
- Supports the gathering, summary and analysis of data to support development of communication strategies, papers and materials. Supports and facilitates forums to ensure that internal communication plans, progress and issues are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years accumulative experience in communications roles.
- Experience in project and events coordination.
- Understanding of key Internal Communications channels and mediums.
