The Senior Contracts Administrator aims to improve and leverage the reputation of the company by:
- Undertake project administration, procurement, reporting, forecasting and project cost control management.
- Oversee/undertake project program reporting using MS Project.
- Develop strong and lasting relationships with key current and potential partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage records, files, registers and documents.
- Financial reporting and compliance.
- BIF Compliance.
- Oversee the Coordination all certificates, as constructed data, operation manuals and the like prior to completion of all projects.
- Mentor and coaching junior staff to build construction and development capability and behaviors aligned to Company Values.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage all aspects of the project administration throughout the estimating and delivery life cycle (program, cost management & monitoring, reporting, contract management, completion management).
- Project Documentation Management.
- Mentor Contracts Administrator’s and or Project Administrator in their daily duties and tasks.
- Oversee the close out of all RFI’s by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Oversee/undertake the administration of all Head Contract RFI’s.
- Oversee/undertake the administration of all Head Contract Variations and Extension’s of Time (EOT’s).
- Identify opportunities to minimize project timelines, particularly through approval and construction planning processes, without damaging business value.
- Engage with consultant partners so key deliverables are met to standards required by Azure.
- Assist with project estimates where required.
- Ensure alignment of, and compliance to, procurement and contracting protocols between Azure and partners.
- Develop and ensure compliance to the Azure project management systems (processes, procedures) including document management, program risk management and WH&S.
- Uphold current processes and support implementation of new systems/processes.
