My client is already off to an incredible start to 2024, turning down work as they are too busy! They have a very strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients. They are now hiring a Senior Contracts Administrator due to growth and recent project wins.
They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.
Specialising in a diverse range of projects including government, education, industrial, retail, health, community, residential and much more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.
Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:
- 7+ years of experience

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.
Your Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 10 years industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $50m+
