SalaryYou are a natural at mentoring and supporting younger CA’s. You’ve been there yourself and understand the headaches of the job. Passing your wisdom on is something you enjoy and would like to eventually do in a contracts manager or PM role.
You aren’t getting the chance to progress now and can’t see what the future brings. In this role you’ll get a 3-year plan designed for you of how to climb the career ladder and get to your dream position.
You want to deliver a mix of projects, (variety is the spice of life after all) and smaller new build and fit out projects in the $5-$30million range interests you.
They have the capability of doing $40million projects in their QLD office so bigger and better is on the horizon for the NSW team too.
Working closely with the NSW director and senior management team you’ll be involved in helping the business grow from 30 staff in NSW and a T/O of $60million to $100million in 3 years’ time – meaning lots of new skills for you to learn and add to your CV.
You’ll start on a salary of $180k-$200k package + a bonus in September and you’ll find out why their staff retention was at 87% last year as their social committee are always planning family friendly events to do as a team.
This role sounds great but what skills are you expecting from me?
We’d love to speak with you if you can tick these 4 points;
- You have 6 years of Contracts admin experience in the construction sector in Australia
- You’ve use Jobpac before and consider yourself a bit of a wizard at it!
- You like the idea of mentoring 3 other CA’s and taking a bit of load off the CM and Operations manager
- You’ve delivered new builds and fitouts before and are happy working on retail, education, industrial and commercial projects.
