Job Profile
Reporting to the Director Business Services, this position undertakes a range of activities to support purchasing and contracting for Lotterywest and Healthway including:
- Contract development and administration
- Providing customer support and building contract management capability
- Compliance activities including data analytics, reporting and audit
- Process improvement
The role ensures compliance with Government and organisational policy and works collaboratively with our customers to solve business challenges and meet business objectives.
Mandatory/Special Requirements
- Police Clearance
Essential Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in contract development and management in a Western Australian State Government context (including the Western Australian Procurement Rules).
- Demonstrated skills and experience in working with integrated ERP systems for general contract and materials management
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to research, analyse and interpret information and apply innovative thinking and continuous improvement within the workplace
- High level interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide an effective consultancy service and establish effective business relationships with a broad range of customers at all levels
- High level experience in the delivery of a broad range of Contract Management Services with a comprehensive advisory approach and excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
