About the role
- Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality
- Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to
- Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations
- Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation
- Cook food for clients per menu
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Assist Head Chef in day to day operation
