Your New Role
Working at our Hadden Place Respite Centre located in Sinnamon Park, you will oversee and coordinate the day to day management of the respite centre which also offers overnight cottage respite. This will include intake, internal audits and reporting to the Manager - Respite Services. You will also provide support and supervision to a team of Care Workers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Attend referrals and intake including initial assessment if required
- Admit and set up clients for NDIS, FFS and other relevant funding
- Manage operational enquiries including completing attendances and uploads in system
- Monitor client feedback and ensure all concerns are addressed in a timely manner
- Recommend changes for quality improvement practices and staff development
