people2people are passionate about partnering with a community focused / not for profit organisation who are currently seeking a passionate customer centric Reservations & Accommodation Coordinator to provide essential support services to their guests.
about the role
Based in Rockhampton, this busy and varied role will see you:
- Managing Reception
- Working with incoming reservations
- Meeting & greeting guests and coordinating all their transport requirements to and from appointments
- Assisting guests with requests
- Coordinating maintenance and service requests
- Processing accommodation invoices, administrative requisitions, petty cash and incoming donations
- Ensuring all consumables are stocked
- Assisting with administration support
- Handling any incoming enquiries
- Liaising with house keeping team
selection criteria
- Previous Reception, Reservations or Administration experience
- Hospitality experience highly advantageous
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathise and manage communications in a sensitive manner
- Ability to work autonomously with strong time management and coordination skills
- Understanding of basic accounting
- Not for profit – community driven organisation
