ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Fixed Term Full Time
  • 26 February 2024 to 17 January 2025
  • $75,181 per annum plus 11% superannuation
Council’s Corporate Information Management Team carry out a programme of Information Management and Privacy Services, which include operating the Electronic Document & Records Management system (EDRMS), Information Management operations, management of inactive records and privacy awareness and training.
Our dynamic team provide day to day functional support of the Corporate Information Management helpdesk and system administration advice to users of EDRMS. This role will also include conducting training to current and new users as well as project work in relation to inactive records and Information Management initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful for this role you will have relevant experience in an Information/Records Management or similar role as well as an understanding of current Information Management practices and relevant legislation requirements for records and electronic document management.
You will have high level communication, customer service and problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
