NITV Creative is an integrated team within the NITV and SBS Content Division with a strong relationship with the Marketing Division. We create, design and produce marketing campaigns for all platforms; on-air, digital, social and print.
The Role
The NITV Senior Creative is responsible for undertaking their work in a way that reflects NITV and SBS’s Charter, Vision and Values and complies with relevant SBS policies, procedures and practices. Reporting into the NITV Creative Manager, this role will see you;
- Create high quality on-air, radio and social promotions. Including the ability to write, edit, conceptualize and direct live action shoots.
- Creatively manage allocated projects from conception to completion keeping Creative Lead informed throughout and seeking collaboration where required.
- Interpreting briefs and outputting a creative solution to a very high standard.
- Work within a cross functional, agile team to ensure the best possible creative across all platforms.
- Pre-empt Stakeholder flags and prepare justification and/or contingencies.
- Be a brand ambassador for NITV.
About you
- Experience working as a creative in an agency or broadcast environment and able to provide a supporting show-reel of original and effective creative.
- Experience working on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander projects in a Production and Creative environment.
- An understanding of Indigenous Cultural Protocol and the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
- Advance knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Experience directing live-action shoots.
- Extensive experience in post-production, including directing voice over artists and technical operators.
- Experience overseeing the creative in 360-degree marketing campaigns.
- A solid understanding of interpreting and utilizing channel branding, working with style guides and on-air brand templates.
- Experience working with external clients.
- Experience in casting and directing talent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas etc.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Have a positive, composed and solutions orientated attitude at all times as a member of the team.
