Are you a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert with a passion for innovation and a knack for leading dynamic teams? I am looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation and CRM Lead to spearhead the digital marketing initiatives and take the organisations campaigns to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of creating, deploying, and optimising marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Journey Configuration: Configure and manage marketing automation journeys, including email campaigns, customer journeys, and personalised messaging flows, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud's automation tools.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation efficiency, and campaign optimisation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving continuous innovation and growth.
- SFMC Expertise: Proven track record of working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - automation, campaign management, and email marketing.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in automation tools, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other relevant features.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to monitor and improve campaign performance.
- Creative & Innovative: A creative thinker who explores new ideas and innovative solutions.
