This role can be supported to be Permanent or Part-Time.
What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Data Intelligence and Measurement, you’ll lead a team of consultative measurement experts, including developing consultative client service models using measurement techniques and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll also
- Manage a complex set of measurement-related advertiser relationships.
- Applying measurement and analytical techniques to support advertiser growth and establish retail media best practices.
- Create new ways to group, segment and understand advertisers.
- Build out and maintain alignment with category partnerships team to ensure measurement solutions are delivered.
About you and your skills
With a minimum of 6+ years’ experience scoping and executing research and measurement projects with clients and/or cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll demonstrate previous experience in customer analytics/insights, measurement, consultancy, media / marketing strategy or consumer behaviour.
Ideally you bring experience in working with analytical concepts related to marketing, sales, and shopper data.
You’ll also have
- Experience building and managing small teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and trust building with senior clients.
- The ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience.
- R, SQL, Python desirable.
