What you can expect
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers derive maximum value from Zoom's products and services, ultimately driving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role is based in Melbourne.About the Team
Customer Services play a crucial role in improving the customer experience within Zoom. We proactively build relationships, encourage product usage, and act as dedicated post-sales contacts for customers. We provide customers with useful resources that will enable them to succeed with our solutions, we effectively manage internal procedures and work across departments. Our success is achieved by consistently implementing the strategies with a commitment to excellence.What we’re looking forExperience of working in a Customer Success role within the SaaS/UCaaS or CCaaS industryHave experience in Customer AdvocacyAble to drive an increase of awareness, utilization and adoption of Zoom productsHave a proven track record of customer retention and loyaltyHave Relationship Management skills - identifying customer objectives and outcomes and developing personalised plans to ensure ROIExperience conducting onboarding and user training for new customers and ongoing training of best practices and feature releasesHave excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including being able to deliver presentations/demonstrations via video and in personHave negotiation skills at senior management levelAble to demonstrate a technical consultancy background is advantageousWays of Working
