Access theYou will play a pivotal role in supporting QBuild's ambition to strengthen Queensland's building and construction industry by cultivating, enhancing and managing relationships with local customers. This position requires a high level of customer interaction, involving regular travel to attend in-person meetings.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring QBuild meets customers' expectations by providing localised solutions aligned with statewide strategies, thereby ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for all QBuild customers.Key responsibilities:
- Develop and proactively manage customer accounts to promote QBuild
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver programs and projects within agreed customer requirements
- Maintain a customer database and accurate records of customer related information to produce reports
- Interpret and analyse customer data
- Assess threats and opportunities
- Undertake strategic measures for continual improvement and output performance
- Be the primary point of contact for local customers
- Schedule regular account management meetings
- Represent QBuild at state-wide customer forums
- Review and analyse aged debts
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationships and accounts management in a construction or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric focus approach towards problem identification and resolution.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the construction industry
