Collectively or individually,our divisions work to ensure that our clients messages reach their customers,donors, members or subscribers at the right time, and in the right way tomotivate them to action.
This RoleOur Senior Customer Service Managers (SCSMs) areresponsible for managing the overall service for our charity clients, with anemphasis on driving efficiencies for both clients and the Group. By overseeingthe successful end-to-end management of phone-based campaigns, and the associatedrelationship management of some of our largest charity partners. Excellentcustomer care and overall returns are a given.
You will receive support andguidance from our General Manager, and others from our Operational and DataManagement departments. They will all will assist you to do the very best foryour charity client portfolio.
- To assist the GeneralManager responsible for delivering the company’s sales revenue goals across newand existing clients, while also ensuring overall client satisfaction isachieved.
- To oversee and leadstaff within your remit as they manage and grow new and existing clientaccounts.
- To create and developcommercial opportunities with new and existing clients, maximising account, andrevenue growth.
- To input into thestrategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strongunderstanding of their marketing and business objectives.
In return, you will get to workin a team with a vibrant agency culture to gain unique experience and become anexpert in how fundraising campaigns are delivered; from initial proposal,through to calling. Opportunities to travel and meet interstate clients andleaders in the fundraising industry will be made available as required. With anannual salary of $90,000 (excluding super and performance bonuses).

- A high level ofcomputer literacy and are comfortable with Windows and Microsoft Office suiteof products. In particular Excel and PowerBI
- The willingness &ability to learn and gain new skills through on-the-job training and personaldevelopment
- Committed toproviding outstanding Customer Service to both internal and external customers
