An opportunity has arisen to join our team in Melbourne as a Full Time Senior Customer Service Representative and Administrator, working five days a week between Monday and Friday (in office).
If you are someone with a can-do attitude and looking to get into the corporate field this is the job for you.
No experience is needed, and all training is provided.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Handling of Incoming and Outgoing Telephone calls
- Logging queries and creating actions to satisfy clients
- Maintain Call Log & Job allocation Reports
- Actioning Purchase orders
- Generating Sales Orders through online system
- General administrative duties
- Assisting the team/management with general day to day tasks
- Diary management / Scheduling Appointments
- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system
- Retrieve documents from the filing system
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, Memos, and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team
- Prepare agendas for meetings
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
To be successful in this role, you will possess;
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office / Excel experience
- Can Do Attitude
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Availability to work 5 days per week
