They are seeking a Senior Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Northern Suburbs, in a full-time capacity. You will play a important role in managing and expanding their client relationships, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of their business.

About the Position
- Providing clients with superior Customer Service and ensuring high client satisfaction at all times
- Managing a portfolio of current clients
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their logistics needs and challenges
- Acting as the main interface between clients and the Company and providing timely and accurate information on shipment status, rates and services
- Developing and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Interacting and engaging with customers and overseas agents and addressing their concerns and complaints where necessary
- Following up, monitoring and collaborating with teams overseas
About You:
- 8 + years' experience in a similar position
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude with a bubbly personality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Knowledge of CargoWise and Microsoft Office is preferred
