Your Business:
The Cyber Services Technology group protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk.
Your new team:
The Cyber Security Technology team is responsible for ensuring we RUN and operate the technology that Cyber have invested into with high standards.
The CBA Privileged Access Management Crew work in a high velocity, collaborative environment to achieve a common goal based on CBA's cultural values.
Your impact and contribution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to identity and Access Management.
- Proactively monitor the platform's systems and related infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the platform and related systems.
- Mentor and train other IT professionals on the use and administration of the platform and related systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
- Oversee and review configurations that is being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence.
We are interested in people who have:
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Powershell and Python
- Experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management
- You can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.
- A passion for automation, orchestration and leaving nothing to be manual.
- Previous experience in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, TeamCity and Github
Desirable:
- Knowledge in Privileged Access Management and Cyber Ark
- Experience in working in an Agile high paced operations team
- Active Directory and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience
