The role will play a pivotal role in supporting initiative leaders (Growth Managers, Partnership Managers) to explore, validate and execute strategies that drive new sources of revenue for SEEK. The role will work within the Growth Operations and Analyst Team, to design operational processes for experiments and develop reporting of key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytics support for initiative valuation: initial sizing (explore)
- Build and maintain reporting of key marketplace metrics to facilitate opportunity sizing, prioritisation, and experiment planning.
- Utilize BI tools for reporting and data visualisation
Identify and generate sales leads: lead identification
- Assist initiative lead (Growth Manager, Partnership Manager) in planning for and generating targeted sales leads
- Develop operational processes and analytics capabilities with operations team
Develop and drive performance reporting for Growth initiatives: operational design for ROI/sales motion
- Partner with initiative lead (Growth Manager) and operations team to design reporting of key metrics consistent across ANZ Growth experiment sales funnel and performance reporting
- Enhance team capabilities to self-serve reporting needs where possible
- Assist in defining, validating, and analysing initiative assumptions with experiment results data.
- Support incubation of validated initiatives, assess data impact to business.
Develop data 'best practice' for ANZ Growth: collaboration, analytical efficiencies.
- Streamline and enhance ANZ Growth data management
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to elicit and document analytical requirements, including product, sales, marketing, and analytics teams.
- Interpret data requirements and identify solutions in relation to data management
- Assess quality of data, profiling, remediating and cleansing data
Qualifications
- Sound experience as an analyst
- Able to use data hosted on large scale data platforms (both DWH/relational databases and AWS/Azure).
- Understands how to clean, join, and manipulate data using SQL to undertake analysis
- Experience working with BI and visualisation tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrable experience in providing analysis and finding actionable insights
- Experience in presenting insights & data to broad range of audiences
- Innovator, comfort working with ambiguity and problem solving
- Find creative and often hacky solutions involving manual processes
- Be the SME on organisational data for the team and develop analytical efficiencies where possible
