- Measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, initiatives, and communications programs
- Develop, maintain, and integrate segmentation and core customer metrics
- Lead the delivery of our direct mail campaigns
- Enhance our next-gen data capabilities and drive commercialisation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data with core systems
- Support the professional development of our analysts
- Experience navigating retail customer data sets
- Great influencing and storytelling skills
- Strong attention to detail and time planning skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Expertise in Power BI/ SQL/ Snowflake (preferred).
