Senior Data Analyst - Loyalty Marketing

If you thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment where your ideas can shape the future of data-driven marketing, we want to hear from you!This role can be supported to work interstate, part-time or permanent.What you'll be doingReporting to our National Analytics Manager, you will be empowered to analyse data on customer shopping behaviours to better understand how Coles can improve performance.You'll also

• Measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, initiatives, and communications programs
• Develop, maintain, and integrate segmentation and core customer metrics
• Lead the delivery of our direct mail campaigns
• Enhance our next-gen data capabilities and drive commercialisation initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data with core systems
• Support the professional development of our analysts

What you bringWith 5+ years' experience as a campaign manager /data scientist/ insights or CRM manager, you've worked from planning to post campaign analysis.Ideas-driven and collaborative, you've ideally worked with customer data spanning loyalty, sales, or transactional data and come from an eCommerce or retail background - other sectors will be considered.You'll also need

• Experience navigating retail customer data sets
• Great influencing and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail and time planning skills
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills
• Expertise in Power BI/ SQL/ Snowflake (preferred).
