Senior Dental Assistant/Receptionist

As a Senior Dental Assistant/Receptionist you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• 3+ Years previous experience working in a local Dental clinic (desirable)
• Certificate III and IV in Dental Assisting (desirable)
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Knowledge of dental programs or systems is an advantage

You are:

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills (essential)
• A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus (essential)
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
