Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in SOE migrations, projects, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Criteria:

1. Minimum of 3+ years' experience in SOE migrations, projects, and implementation.
2. NV1 Clearance is mandatory.

Weighted Criteria:

1. Minimum three plus years' experience as a Windows Desktop SOE Engineer in enterprise environments.
2. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager including SCCM, Intune, Active Directory – Group Policy Management, RBAC, AppLocker, and WDA.
3. Strong Scripting ability (PowerShell, VB Script).
4. Experience with facilitating large and enterprise-scale software deployments, upgrades, and enhancements of environment-wide configurations including user policies, device policies, security policies, and automation scripts through enterprise-grade endpoint management platforms.
5. Experience in VPN technologies and Active Directory – Group Policy Management, RBAC, M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions for SOE migrations, projects, and implementation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows Desktop environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes.
• Manage software deployments, upgrades, and environment-wide configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Assist with the management of VPN technologies and Active Directory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• NV1 Clearance is mandatory.
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
