They are currently going through a period of growth and they require an experienced and passionate Senior Development Manager to join their business. 

Reporting to the Executive Director you will be responsible for delivering numerous projects up and down the Eastern Seaboard as well as contributing to their ongoing acquisition program.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead, supervise and manage the current and proposed land lease community projects across the business. 
• Deliver projects within agreed financial parameters.
• Deliver projects within approved budgets, on time and to specification.
• Manage the construction procurement process and appoint external project managers and other consultants as required.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute on their marketing and sales strategy.
• Coordinate the design, delivery, practical completion and defect rectification for all construction works at each project.
• Build and update the feasibility models within Excel and ongoing reporting of these feasibilities and cash-flows.
• Assist the Directors with the assessment of ongoing acquisition opportunities.
• Ensure project approval by developing and maintaining relationships with relevant Councils and development authorities.

Your qualities & experience will include:

1. Recognised tertiary qualifications in property economics, business or real estate.
2. At least 8 years experience in the delivery of medium to larger scale residential developments, with built form experience a bonus.
3. Excellent project reporting and feasibility management.
4. Evidence of previous success in the management of and relationship building within either NSW, VIC or SA regional Councils.
5. Outstanding communication skills – both written & verbal.
