The Role:
Reporting to Development Director - NSW, this role will oversee the full life cycle of a number of built form residential projects. This is a key role within the business and the growing Development Team. This position is highly collaborative and involves significant interface with company Directors, sales and marketing teams. You will be provided the autonomy to take full responsibility for all project outcomes.
- Manage the delivery of mixed use residential projects across NSW
- Work closely with, manage and coordinate consultant teams throughout design for Development Application(s), Design Development, Contract Documentation
- Ensure project KPl's, programme(s) and budget(s) are met
- Work closely with internal / external sales & marketing team to drive the success of projects
- Prepare design briefs, tender documentation and procure consultants
- Liaise with external contractors including coordination of tender documentation, address RFl's and analyse submissions.
- Report to Development Director NSW
- Chair PCG/DCG meetings as and when required.
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Development or related discipline.
- 5 - 7 years development experience within the residential development sector.
- Proven experience managing the full life cycle of built form projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional approach to managing and influencing relationships and development outcomes.
- Be a self-starter who is able to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
