The CCS business provides integrated customer communication solutions. We consult, design, build and orchestrate innovative communications solutions across traditional and emerging channels to help clients drive increased customer engagement and optimise operational efficiencies. A role you will love.
Reporting to the Head of Technology, you are lead a large, geographically distributed team responsible for the implementation and continuous delivery of our client outbound communication needs, servicing Computershare's internal business lines and 100 + commercial clients across the Wealth, Banking and Finance, Government, Utilities, and Insurance sectors. This role is critical to supporting outcomes that contribute to our revenue target of $80M.
In this role, you will manage a team of 40 + technologists and 6 people leaders and inspire and develop the team to ensure they have the required skill sets, industry knowledge and best-of-breed implementation methodology to enable solutions in the most efficient manner possible.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for the efficient resource utilisation, compliance, and governance of implementation activities
- The day-to-day management and delivery of our client demand requirements including supporting issue resolution, escalation, and stakeholder management
- Plan and prioritise work to meet the business' goals and commitments
- Perform all functions of HR management such as performance and career development, hiring, recognition, compensation, attendance management and coaching
- Be a key contributor and champion of our technology leadership goals and strategy
What will you bring to the role?
Critical to your success in this role will be proven strong leadership to effectively position and transform the team to support current and future market needs. A passion for coaching, guiding, and mentoring will be key to your leadership style.
A knowledge of technology, business analysis and/or project management is beneficial particularly if gained from the digital communications industry.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in leading large, distributed development teams
- You have extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
- You are a good mentor & coach
- You possess excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
