As a Senior Development Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, inspiring philanthropic support for La Trobe's groundbreaking research and scholarship programs. You'll strategize, develop, and manage comprehensive fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our university's ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major gift prospects.
- Design and implement innovative cultivation and stewardship strategies.
- Collaborate across departments to identify and develop funding opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Proven experience in philanthropic fundraising or related fields.
