Senior Relationship Manager/Director

Our Banking client is continuing to drive market share growth within the business/emerging corporates market and as a result of this growth is seeking to hire a dynamic & proven Commercial Bank BDM who is results driven & knows how to develop new client & introducer relationships to meet lending acquisition targets.To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Possess a good 5years commercial/corporate frontline client acquisition & lending experience within the local market
• Hold existing client & broker/introducer relationships to meet annual funding targets- be able to qualify
• Demonstrate solid loan structuring ability, working capital & commercial asset based lending working knowledge as will need to write the deal
• Be a high performer who consistently achieves targets, goes above & beyond to get the job done
• Possess strong engagement, communication & client presentation skills
• Demonstrate strong influencing & negotiation skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with key stakeholders both internal & external
• Possess tertiary qualifications
