With over 50 years of excellence in air conditioning, mechanical services, construction and maintenance in Australia, this leading Tier 1 HVAC Company has a broad range of project experience across commercial, multi-residential and institutional projects of varying size and complexity. The Role Project drafting Work within a drafting team Confidence in decision making Produce detailed shop drawings within project time constraints Value manage projects where possible (reduce duct sizes, shorten duct runs, etc.) Produce schedules (grilles, dampers, etc.) Attend project coordination meetings as required Liaise with Suppliers & Sub-Contractor where required to produce shop drawings Liaise with site forepersons as required Notify project managers of variations to project documents Coordinate other services where required Ability to produce good quality detailed shop drawings Able to Coordinate subcontractor's services Play a key role in contractor/subcontractor coordination meetings Ensure client satisfaction Maintain peer-to-peer relationships with co-workers
