Reporting to the General Manager you will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in leadership. Leading by example, you'll be committed to quality and have an understanding of the new Aged Care Quality Standards.
In your role you will be responsible for the following:
Ensuring admissions are managed seamlessly
Manager the Quality Assurance programs
Drive cultural work practices to ensure top tier services are provided.
Oversee financial reporting
Manage the HR function
Manage workplace safety.
