Your new role
As a Senior Structural Drafter, you will draft and detail various structural plans for Commercial, buildings and infrastructure sectors. You will be part of the Construction Engineering team that works on projects in Australia and New Zealand.
You will have experience in a construction consulting environment, with exposure to diverse engineering aspects. You will also have strong coordination skills as part of the temporary works team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the design process
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Making alterations and improvements on designs when required
- Checking and assisting junior drafters About you
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- 5+ years of experience in similar Construction Engineering/Temporary works roles in a consulting environment
- Proficiency in Autocad and Revit
- Ability to mentor and train juniors
- Experience on a variety of projects (preferred)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
