Educating Kids Early Learning Centre Domain is seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Educator/Lead Educator to join our dynamic team and lead our amazing toddler room. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to our toddlers while fostering a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the toddler room team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of the toddlers, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's learning and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow while promoting their independence and self-esteem.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing early childhood education and care.

Requirements:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is essential.
• Current first aid qualifications (including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training).
• Valid blue card (or ability to obtain one).
• Demonstrated experience working with toddlers in an early childhood setting.
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and its application in practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
