Your new company
You will be working for one of the largest energy companies around the world. They are progressing towards a renewable future and are developing new technologies for future energy solutions at a rapid pace. This company has a beautiful office based in Melbourne and have some of the top engineers in their field working for them.
Your new role
Be part of the Australian and New Zealand team that will contribute to the delivery of their global target of 100,000 EV charge points by 2030. Support the ANZ EV Execution Manager in the delivery of the EV charging roll out program at retail forecourts through site preparation, procurement, installation, construction and go live at key locations across Australia and New Zealand. This is an initial 12-month contract working from their Melbourne location with travel around the ANZ region.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
5 + years’ experience in large-scale/complex project management/project engineering
Broad professional experience in engineering across a range of contract types including EPC/EPCM
Experience of managing a major engineering, supplier, or construction contractor – including having schedule responsibility and budget.
Sound knowledge of EV charging technology and thorough understanding of the operation and structures of charging networks and how they are integrated is beneficial but not required
Strong computing and data management skills – MS Excel, MS Project being desirable.
Positive personality, with energetic self-starter mentality
