Senior Engineer - Road Design

Aspect Personnel are working with a Government Organisation Melbourne to recruit a a Lead Civil Designer within their Road Design Services team.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days being required in the office per week.
The Senior Engineer/Technical Officer - Road Design supports the Team Leader – Road Design in delivering Road Design services and providing innovative thinking and sound technical advice to technical matters.
Employed as a Civil Design Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Effectively deliver Road Design services under limited supervision within agreed timeframes and budget, and to a high standard.
• Exercise sound technical judgement and provided trusted technical advice and solutions relating to road and traffic disciplines.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

As the ideal candidate you will have/be:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant experience/qualifications
• Experience in Road Design
• Excellent can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A current drivers license
