The Role
To achieve optimal success within this business unit, they are looking for a Senior Sales and Customer Relationship Manager to step in and take the reins over an already established and successful portfolio.
80% of this role will be managing your portfolio of clients
Building and maintaining strategic relationships with external stake holders, with blue-chip companies in the likes of State and Federal Government, Mining-Oil/Gas, Telco, Insurance, Banking etc.
Identifying and optimising key recruitment opportunities in multiple technology sectors within the accounts, including Cloud and Dev Ops, Cyber Security, Data and Analytics, Communications, and Infrastructure etc.
Identifying opportunities to fill head counts for staff requirements within the sectors as well as wining the tenders for the available roles.
Communicating with internal recruiters to fulfill head count for your clients.
Hunting and winning new accounts within your portfolio.
While 20% of this role will be expanding your portfolio

The experience we’re looking for
While this role serves a key purpose in the recruitment function of this company, we’re not necessarily looking for recruiters. The primary experience we’re looking for is the expertise of C-Suite Relationship Management and new business acquisition, within the large enterprise markets, ideally with blue-chip companies and alike.
The ideal candidate will have
5+ years experience selling into large enterprise markets, with C-Suite Relationship Management expertise
Strong technical fluency and knowledge of technical role types
Knowledge of IT and Digital Transformations
Ideally with experience selling into relevant sectors such as banking, insurance, mining or government.
Background in recruitment would be very attractive, though not necessary.
As this is the first time this role will be filled; this is a very powerful opportunity for the right person to pioneer this digital evolution of an Australian top 5 recruiting brand, with the potential of hiring underneath and building out a sales team, ultimately ,moving toward a Sales Director position.
