Status: 2 x Permanent Full-Time Positions (35 hours per week)
Salary: 101,400 - 111,569 per annum + 11% superannuation + sustainability allowance. Market Loading available for candidates with relevant experience.

What you will do:
The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of negotiating, managing, and assessing a caseload of diverse applications including major developments in the Kensington and Kingsford town centres, and a wide range of commercial, industrial, open space, housing, and subdivision applications.
We trust you will bring:
Tertiary qualification/s, at degree level, in planning, architecture or urban design.
Extensive experience in the assessment of complex planning matters.
Good knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and other relevant environmental and planning legislation.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrated high quality report writing skills.
Current and valid Class C Australian Drivers Licence.
