Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Support Analyst with a strong background or understanding of finance. This permanent role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and support of their ERP system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advanced support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ERP applications, ensuring seamless financial operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and maintenance for ERP systems
- Analyse and resolve complex issues related to ERP applications, working closely with finance teams to understand and address their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and support procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in ERP-related projects, contributing to planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in ERP support, with a strong focus on financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- In-depth understanding of financial processes and principles, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Financials Cloud) are highly desirable.
