We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Support Officer who can provide strategic, professional, timely and confidential support and advice to two executives who lead the People and Culture and Financial and Assurance Services divisions. The culture at the RTA is one of high performance, accountability, collaboration and delivering to our strategic plan. The role of our Executive Support Officers are critical to the success of a number of key projects and outcomes for the business.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in the centre of Brisbane CBD.
The RTA is a state government statutory body that regulates the rental sector. We provide tenancy information and support, bond management, dispute resolution, compliance and enforcement, education services and critical engagement with sector stakeholders to ensure we achieve our vision of “Renting that works for everyone”.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in managing the dynamic workflow of the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Regulatory and Assurance Officer (CRAO). This role requires an experienced professional who can work at pace, demonstrate high level problem solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all they do; which includes administration coordination, document review and preparation, calendar and email/document management, effective time management and acting as the ‘go to' for all things relating to the executive.
