AddressContracts Administrator/Assistant Paralegal
Come and join our friendly team in Sherwood!. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator/Assistant Paralegal who is familiar with conveyancing protocols to work with us 5 days a week from 9 am to 3 pm (flexible to suit right candidate).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administration support to Principal and Senior Conveyancers
- Collection of mail/ attending bank when required
- Answer all phone calls promptly, take accurate messages and pass messages on to the relevant person
- Preparation of new purchase, sale and retirement village matters using our Leap and PEXA programs (Leap and PEXA experience not essential)
- Preparation and sending out of initial letters and documents to clients, solicitors and banks
- Following up of daily critical dates and prepare letters/emails to communicate with clients, solicitors and banks
- Assist with preparation for settlement in PEXA including drafting of settlement figures (training provided)
- Assist stamping of documents via PEXA and QRO (training provided)
- Maintain master WIP Spreadsheet
- Develop excellent working relationships with clients, real estate agents and bank contacts
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service excellence at all times
- Work in a timely and effective manner to ensure all tasks are promptly followed through to completion
- Final settlement letters; and
- Archiving.
